Syfy Turns James S.A. Corey's Expanse Into "Game Of Thrones In Space"
I think the Expanse series could make really wonderful television, but I do not think anyone is served by comparisons with Game of Thrones. "Hey, what's hot right now that nerds like?" you can see the blurbwrights thinking, "I know!" My problems with this linkage can be summed by a comment I saw: I can't wait for the Red Wedding in space!! Oh my god, no. Game of Thrones and the Expanse books do not take place in the same universe. Ba dump tss
