I also can't believe I'm going to say this publicly, but there's a firstreads giveaway for this book, open until tomorrow. Seems like it's been out for a while, and I'm only just noticing it now. Anyone else irritated that GR doesn't list the original publication date on its editions? There is still a giveaway though.
